A little bit about Party:

Set yourself free at the biggest overnight LGBTQIA+ party in Australasia. Mardi Gras Party has been the beating heart of the Festival for over 40 years, bringing together over 10,000 people on the biggest night of Sydney's party calendar.

Over 50 international, interstate and local artists, DJs and performers will keep you going for 8 hours as the dark night turns to dawn. Split across six venues, run wild at the ultimate pride playground - from the tech house rave at Liberty Hall, whole-body house in the Hordern Pavilion, the pumping Forecourt and every other corner to explore.

EXPLORE MARDI GRAS PARTY

Hordern Pavilion: Contemporary, Chicago and Vocal House.

The Forecourt: Vocal House, Pop and Nu-Disco.

Liberty Hall: Techno, Tech-House and Electronica.

Watson's: Classic Retro Hits.

Mary's EQ and The Entertainment Quarter: Food trucks, bars and chill zones.

This is an over 18 event. You must be over 18 to volunteer at Party.

If you are volunteering on parade you cannot volunteer at party as the shifts overlap and we do not want you to be exhausted!

A little bit about volunteering:

As a volunteer, you are an important member of our team and act as a representative of Mardi Gras to the community at large. By becoming a volunteer, you will be enriched in our wonderful community and meet all kinds of people who may become some of your best friends for life! You will be connecting with your community and without a doubt, have a fabulous time.

Mardi Gras relies on you to show up to your shift, if you cannot make it please let us know. Stuff can happen, we understand but we most likely will need to replace your shift as every job counts.

Please always conduct yourself in an appropriate and ethical manner, in accordance with the Mardi Gras ICARE Policy and Code of Conduct. Think about how you would like to be treated, we are all family!
